These are two sets of
Vintage Carved Celluloid/ Early Plastic Scottie Dog & Puppies Miniature Figurines Made in Japan.  Both sets are marked Japan and have 3 dogs each connected to each other by a chain.  The puppies on the black set do not have red ribbons around their necks.
These miniature figurines are in very good vintage condition with only minor wear expected for items of their age. They could both could use a good cleaning, especially the ivory colored set. Please view the photos carefully to determine cosmetic condition.
