Antique blush or rouge powder compact with mirror that is made of brass colored and has silver colored wing or feather emblem on lid. Magnet does stick to it. Has clasp to hold closed, mirror inside top cover, hinged lid,insde  is pad and blush powder left
Says Evening in Paris Bourjois New York and Brilliant.
Item has surface scratches, some discoloration, soiling, possible rusting. Some spotting on mirror inside and some residue stuck to mirror that may be cleaned off. See photos.
