ANTIQUE Bronze Metal K&O Co Kronheim Oldenbusch Dog Playing Drums Figurine Deco

This auction is for a Antique Art Deco style bookend or figurine made in the 1920's by Kronheim & Oldenbusch (K&O) of a Terrier dog banging a drum and clanging a pair of cymbals together. This single figurine is beautifully crafted in a bronze finished metal with deep sculptural detailing and hand painted in white on the drum, grey on the drumstick, red on the dog's tongue, and black on his nose and pupils. As can be seen in photos there are some tiny flakes of missing paint but overall in great condition especially for the age of this gorgeous piece. It stands approximately 5" tall by 5 1/2" across by 1 3/4" wide. It is embossed "K. & O. Co."on the underside and on the backside says CLEVELAND O.  A very hard to find piece of Kronheim & Oldenbusch to add to your collection. Ships USPS Priority Mail insured or Parcel Select.
