Antique French Art Deco Silver Guilloche Compact Locket & Chain, Japonism Signed

For your consideration, a stunning antique sterling silver and guilloche enamel compact and chain, circa 1920 France. Compact is decorated in a Japanese influenced hand painted mulberry design and is artist signed Jehan. Surface scratching to enamel and some wear to the hinge are noted in photos. The hinge is a little wobbly and partially cracked, I recommend seeing if it can be reinforced by a reputable jewelry repairer. Compact has French silver hallmarks and a maker’s mark. The chain is set with two glass beads to mimic amethyst and lilac jade. The class is hallmarked 925 and both the spring ring clasp and dog clip are in in good working order. Signature required for delivery.
Compact measures 1.75 inches in diameter and necklace is 24 inches in length with another 5 inch length from the beads to the dog clip.
