Description

Momentum is a small business run out of two locations: Michigan and Georgia. The item location may change, affecting shipping costs; this is the main reason why shipping costs are not set until the invoice issues.
All items under 35 pounds will ship according to the lowest cost to the consumer, items above 35 pounds will ship LTL - in some cases, the buyer can arrange for LTL shipment with their carrier to mitigate costs.
There are only two pick-up times per business week. Please allow up to seven days for shipping and handling to accommodate this.
Our goal is to reply to messages ASAP, but this is not a sole proprietor, but a company. As such, we observe all federal holidays, breaks, weekends, and occasional staff absences.
All items are in untested condition unless
explicitly
stated otherwise.

(B) Seller does NOT accept returns or offer refunds on any products; in any case, any products sent back to seller for any reason must be sent back at purchaser?s sole cost and expense.
(C) In no event will seller be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, exemplary or special, whether known or unknown, including without limitation loss of profits or revenues, business interruption or shutdown, injury or damage to persons or property and/or commercial loss, resulting from any use of any products, regardless of whether seller has been advised of the possibility of such potential loss or damage.
