eBay policy allows "unpaid item case" to be opened two days after listing ends.

Shipping / Tracking
I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Contact me if you need rush shipment.
Buyer pays actual cost of shipping.  No handling charge.
Shipping through USPS in most cases. Tracking number provided.
If you have special shipping requirements, let me know.

I am happy to combine shipping!  Buyer pays actual cost of shipping multiple items.
Packing
Packaged for safe shipping.  I use recycled materials whenever possible.
Returns
Returns accepted 30 days from buyer receipt.
Buyer pays return shipping unless there was a listing error or item was misrepresented.
Items must be returned in same condition as received.
I list some items as "No Returns" if item is heavy or costly to ship,
but will accept returns on "No Returns" items, though don't refund original shipping
and buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless there was a listing error, of course!)
