Condition: wear to the enamel, no pad, the rotating part in the bottom turns as it should, not sure of the purpose of the hole in the mirror it doesn’t seem to do anything if it should, has been used, the estate that I purchased this from was also a collector of perfumes and does have the smell of perfume on it.
