    Aerotech XYZ stages,  X stage ATS50030WB, Y stage ATS50015, Z stage ATS50015.  300 mm x travel, 150mm y travel, 150mm z travel.  All three axes driven by Aerotech BM-250 servomotor.  Excellent condition, always stored in climate controlled facility.  Used in a prototype machine, less than 200 hours runtime.
