New England Affiliated Technologies 11" X 15" X-Y Table w/ Servos & Lin Encoders

Description

This X-Y table measures 15" by 11" and is made by New England Affiliated Technologies (NEAT) (now part of the Danaher Motion group)
This Model #  XYR1511 has travels of 12" by 8"
The X and Y axis are driven by Kollmorgen model # H232-G-0000 Servo Motors as shown
Rather than using rotary encoders mounted on the tail shaft of each of the servo motors, there are two Renishaw Linear Encoders, Model # RGH22 X 30D00 mounted on the sides of these two X-Y axis's, opposite to their servo motors
The X-Y table axis movements travel on 6mm cross-roller bearings for extra stiffness
Both X and Y axis include 5mm pitch precision ground ballscrews to allow for higher movement speeds.
Also included are the two AMC servo amps and power supply that came with this table when it was originally installed
You the buyer will need to wire up the various electronic connections between the servo motors and their amps (not plug & play)
This X-Y table and it's servo amps were installed as part of a Machine Vision automated PCB Inspection station made by MIDAS VISION, but this machine was never installed or put into use.
When we acquired it, this table still had the special tape that was applied by New England Affiliated Technologies to protect the  roller bearing ways from moving while being transported/shipped (see pictures 7 & 8)
