This is a rare, hard to find, hanging Fanciful Flights ornament by Karen Rossi for Silvestri, (c) 2000 "Dogs Rule".  New in box; mint condition.  Metal; approx. 4" x 4-3/4".  Beautiful lady with flowing golden hair has dog bones weaved in; her dress says Dogs Rule with a picture of 2 dogs.  Arms are outright - left arm has 2 dangling ornaments with dog bones, a teddy bear and a white Scottie dog; the right arm has 2 dangling ornaments with a dog license, a car, and 2 black Scottie dogs.  She has a dog bone around her neck.  There's a metal loop for instant hanging.  This is an ornament that can be kept out all year round to enjoy! This is a true collectible!!!   From a non-smoke home.
