    Rational Double SCC WE 61 Self Cooking Center Electric Steam Combi Oven
    This double-oven is a stacked combination of two SCC WE 61 ovens. The Rational is ideal for automatically cooking roasts, pan fries, poultry, fish, side dishes, potato products, egg dishes, desserts, bakery products and for automatic finishing. Its hot-air steamer (combi-steamer mode) is for most of the cooking methods used in commercial kitchens for the optional use of steam and hot air.

    Lift gate service means that the delivery truck has a lift gate that can lower the freight to ground level from the truck bed. If you have a loading dock or a forklift (or a team of heavy lifters), then you don't need lift gate service. Lift gate service usually adds about to the shipping rate.
