This offer is for an EMPTY cd Longbox by Robbie Robertson of the  album release called " Storyville  " . This Longbox release was originally issued in 1991 on the David Geffen Records label with a CAT. NR . : 24303-2 .   The nostalgic CD LONGBOX was popular in record & cd stores during the early 1980's through the early 1990's . This cardboard longbox protected the condition of the cd & jewel case and provided a nice graphical marketing tool as well.   The Longbox gave way, by the mid-90's,  to the more simple form of shrink wrap protection.  Now, only a select few titles become available in a longbox packaging for retail.   These longboxes are in demand for avid fans adding to one's  personal album or cd collection.  You can Hang them on a Wall or Place them on a Shelf  for Decor of your Office , Dorm Room , or Entertainment Area of your house.   Many Collectors & Avid Fans today place and store their own cd's back inside the Longbox as well.
This Empty longbox measures 5 3/4" w X 12 1/2" h X 1/2" d .  The cd was removed from the bottom of the longbox a number of years ago.  The condition of this empty longbox is in Very Nice condition - with the original shrink wrap still intact - keeping the dimensional integrity.  This longbox has Never been flattened or removed from its original shrink wrap . The longbox was cut open with a razor blade at the very bottom  -  to remove the cd - a number of years ago.  The bottom flaps are mostly intact and functional for closing.  The back side bottom flap is 2/3 intact.  Again, this longbox is empty and No CD is Included with this purchase .
