SADE - " Love Deluxe " - ~ compressed EMPTY Longbox ~ NO CD - Long Box Only

This offer is for an EMPTY cd Longbox by Sade of the album release called " Love Deluxe "   . This Longbox release was originally issued in 1992  on the Sony Music Records label with a CAT. NR . :53178 .    The nostalgic CD LONGBOX was popular in record & cd stores during the early 1980's through the early 1990's . This cardboard longbox protected the condition of the cd & jewel case and provided a nice graphical marketing tool as well.   The Longbox gave way, by the mid-90's,  to the more simple form of shrink wrap protection.  Now, only a select few titles become available in a longbox packaging for retail.   These longboxes are in demand for avid fans adding to one's  personal album or cd collection.  You can Hang them on a Wall or Place them on a Shelf  for Decor of your Office , Dorm Room , or Entertainment Area of your house.   Many Collectors & Avid Fans today place and store their own cd's back inside the Longbox as well.
This Empty longbox measures 5 3/4" w X 12 1/2" h X 1/2" d .  The cd was removed from the bottom of the longbox a number of years ago.  The condition of this empty longbox is in fair condition - with the original shrink wrap still intact - helping keep some dimensional integrity.  This longbox has Never been flattened or removed from its original shrink wrap .  HOWEVER, this longbox has some serios compression to the longbox of the spine sides and the top side.   In summary,  The longbox looks to have been compressed a bit under heavier weight and pressure than the integrity could bear.  This longbox was cut open at the very bottom and the bottom flaps were pulled open very nicely - back in the day -  to remove the cd a number of years ago.  There is a red & yellow 3/4" inch manufacturer's square emblem sticker imprinted in the graphics to the longbox by the record label in the bottom-left corner.  The graphic imprint is not removable  and is imprinted in the graphics in this longbox issue. So, with this longbox,  I would normally have priced from the start at or so, but as it is, I priced it a bit lower .  Ther may be a way or a bit of effort, to bring back its dimensional integrity.  It's not completely flattened, just a little more flattened than normal.  :-(  Sold as-is...
