Condition: Very good overall with one chip in lower right corner plastic and crack extending from that for 3" on bottom part (see close ups). Also there are some black paper peeled off on the back where this was adhered to a wall for display (original came with thick double sided foam tape). Those issues don't show themselves as hanging on the wall and overall good looking vintage sign. Measures 20 1/2" x 11 1/2" x 1" deep. See photos and good luck!
