    Description

    Langlois "Shari" vanity compact, dating to the mid 1920's. It has a domed geometric lid with raised gold filigree in a pattern of birds on oriental vines over silver and black enamel. Design is identical on top and bottom. Silver metal case with framed mirror, covered rouge and pressed powder. Gold incised tiny plaque on lid engraved "SHARI." "Langlois New York" incised on inside mirror frame. It measures 2 7/8" x 1 3/4". I have not tried to clean it at all but it will shine up nicely. Enjoy!
