(Germany BR Zone) Tin edges, button on back that retracts the tape, someone's initials carved on the back, celluloid green back, Scottie is embroidery, discoloration on the what was white around Scottie... measures 1.5 by 1.5 inches, edging is 1/2 inch.. some rust on pull tab for measuring tape .
