Vintage Inarco Black Scottie Puppy Dog Ceramic Planter Vase, w/ Plaid Scarf, Hat

Description

This is an adorable Scottie dog planter and it still has the little Pom-pom on his hat.
I believe the maker is Inarco, E3421 is embossed on the bottom.
Condition:  Very good, I don't see any crazing or cracks. There is a rough spot on the end of his scarf, it's not a chip as it is glossy. Originally glazed in glossy white then colors were added after. Black body is matte and the hat and scarf are high gloss paint. There are a few chips in the paint on his scarf, (see pics)
Size:   5" long X  5-1/2" tall
Will ship by US mail from Seattle.
