Vintage Spelter Scottie Dog Paring Dog Statue Figurine Topper ~4"

Up for auction is a vintage hand painted scottie dog figurine recently found at auction in the Lancaster County PA area. It's hind right leg is lifted, as if it is urinating.  It is found in good used condition with condition issues being deep scratches.  Metal seems spelter, cast aluminum or similar form. Does not attract a magnet. Condition issues include paint losses, scratches and abraisions. Small piece of metal from backside. Unsure of its significance, if any. Mounting hole under right front leg. Measures approxinately 4" x 2" x 3" in size. Unsigned and unmarked.
